Transfer between ELU sections
Dear ELU students (EL097, EL098, EL099, EL111 and EL112):
Since attendance is mandatory for the above courses, the English Language Unit would like to help students who need to attend in other time slots if they have special circumstances. Kindly note the following conditions:
- The ELU has started granting attendance permissions for students, after the add and drop period from Sunday 2020/2/09 to Thursday 2020/2/13
- Each student has to submit 1) proof that he/she has work at times that conflict with the lecture times, and 2) the latest copy of his or her schedule. The same is required if someone (e.g. a parent) has a conflict and he/she is providing the transportation.
- Students alone shall apply, and not their parents, using their university ID.
- Marking all tests and exams will be the responsibility of the official tutor as registered on SIS.
- Submit your request from 9 AM – 2 PM to the ELU coordinator Mr Khaldoon Said or Ms Nouf Al-Qahtani (first floor, English Department).
- Only genuine excuses are accepted. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
إعلان تحويل بين شعب مواد وحدة اللغة الإنجليزية
طلبة مواد وحدة اللغة الإنجليزية( EL097, EL098 , EL099 , EL111 , EL112) المحترمين:
نظرا الى لوائح الحضور الاجباري بالمواد المذكوره أعلاه ورغبةً من وحدة اللغة الإنجليزية في مساعدة الطلبة المحتاجين للحضور في موعد اخر لظروف قاهرة ، فإنه يرجى العلم :
- سيبدأ قسم اللغة الانجليزية بتزويد الطلبه المحتاجين لورقة الحضور من يوم الاحد 09/2/2020حتي يوم الخميس 13/2/2020
- على الطالب إحضار ما يثبت حاجته لورقه الحضور مثل ورقة من عمله بمواعيد العمل الخاصه به او ورقة العمل الخاصة بالشخص الذي سيوفر المواصلات له .كما يجب إرفاق أحدث نسخة من جدول الطالب.
- التعامل سيكون مع الطالب نفسه وليس مع ولي الامر مع إبراز بطاقه تثبت هويته .
- يرجى العلم أن الامتحان الخاص بكل طالب وتصحيحه سيكون عند الدكتور الاساسي المسجل لديه في نظام SIS
- تقدم الطلبات لدى منسق الوحدة أ.خلدون سعيد أو أ. نوف القحطاني (الطابق الأول، برنامج اللغة الإنجليزية) من الساعه 9 صباحا – 2 مساءا
- تقبل الأعذار الحقيقية فقط فنرجو منكم التعاون معنا لخدمتكم
